My story begins with family. I was a kid flipping through property binders while my parents built a portfolio from the ground up—starting with a single VA loan and growing through grit, vision, and perseverance. I watched deals unfold around our kitchen table. I learned that resilience is as important as timing, and strategy is what carries you through the shifts.

In San Francisco, I sharpened my understanding at the center of the tech-meets-housing boom. At Trulia’s HQ, I saw how data shapes decisions, how fast markets move, and how clarity comes from patterns. Later, leading advertising for five Sotheby’s offices, I learned how luxury branding adapts and holds its power in changing conditions.

I’ve worked in the Bay, L.A., and Sacramento—helping clients and startups navigate the evolving tides of real estate. In each space, I’ve seen the same truth: markets shift, technology advances, behaviors evolve—but the need for grounded, adaptable guidance stays the same.
